rumor control

anyone hear of toyota buyng back 2005 and up tacomas cuz of rusting frames??? this was brought up over easter dinner..my brother in law is a mechanic..???

I think they are doing it for the earlier years. Haven't heard anything about our trucks.

So I guess the mess with the 86 - 88's is expected??

Toyota has really dropped the ball when it comes to rust protection to..glad to see them try to correct some of their mistakes

Sorry for the somwhat off topic post but this IS about rust.

Here is my Moms 03' Sequioa SR5 4x2. I noticed this a little while ago while washing it. The rear end of the vehicle seems to have quite a bit of rust. Is this normal for a vehicle with going on 75K on it?

I would have got more/better pics but its 46degrees out there and freezing.

I would have got more/better pics but its 46degrees out there and freezing.
