Went out to Long Ranch this weekend with my brother in law and his Rubicon. Ended up meting up with a bunch of Toyota and Jeep guys from around Texas. Did a lot of wheelin and kept the sheetmetal in tact. Skid plates look like they have been in battle though. Not too many trail shots, mainly shots from the bigger obstacles.
Group shot
Me
B.I.L.'s Rubicon (man I wish toyota would put 4.1 t-case, 4.10 gears and F&R lockers standard)
Insane climb.. and he made it!
This looked a lot steeper when climbing and all you can see is sky for a while
I sat this one out..
Some action
Sorry its not a Toyota... but man what a BEAST! 500+ horse LS2 crate motor.. custom everything!
Nice pics, looks like a lot of fun. As I was scrolling through the pics I thought to my self "man that's a clean lookin' runner." then the death roll......not so clean any more... Oh well, scares add character.

He went back to camp.. removed the windshield.. then kept on wheeling. I think his plan was to put the windshield back in and drive it home later. Nothing duct tape can't fix.
Really cool pics. I really had no idea Texas had such a nice looking landscape ie rocks, washes and some hills/mountains. My impression of Tx was just flat and hot. Nice!

Well its not California or Utah.. or.. but it was fun to play on and it wasn't too far to drive. It was HOT though.. about 97 that day. Felt like a lizard, hanging out on the rocks in the sun.
