I had one for a Nissan Armada I once owned. Definitely more difficult to set up than a regular tent, but most importantly the two problems I'd identify are rain leaks around the vehicle/tent interface, as well as damage to the tent material from the exhaust pipe (on the Armada at least, but worthy of consideration on your vehicle too).
I put it up yesterday to make sure all the pieces were there and I was suprised how easy and quick it went up. To the eye it looks like good quality. I also got the truck bedz matress and it to fit good. The only thing is there is a 2" gap on both sides between the wheel wells and matress. The tent has alot of headroom inside, I could almost stand up inside and i'm 6'2". The awning is also a cool feature. I'd love to get one of these for my 8' bed cummins truck, it'd be a mansion in thare cause it makes the taco bed seem long. I'll get some pics posted this afternoon.
Based on my own experience, albeit with an Armada, I'd break out your garden hose and check for vehicle/tent interface leaks. Better to find them now and have your fixes made ahead of time, than be in the bush and have one or more miserable nights sleeping in pools of water.
It would be my 3rd tent lol.. I have 2 NorthFace tents now.
