Tonneau Removal Idea

I once mentioned in a post that I came up with a simple solution to removing/storing my Leer Tonneau and that I would post pics next time I removed it. Being firewood time, well here they are. So, here's a cheap solution, and a single person job at that, to removing a hard tonneau. I installed 4 eye-bolts into the ceiling, used two 2x4s and drilled a hole in each end to pass a rope through. Simply slide the wood underneath and lift a corner at a time while keeping it in place by wrapping the other end of the rope around the wood. Once it's high enough, just tie it off. No more need to find a buddy to help lift it on/off. No reason this shouldn't work for removing a shell too.

That's cool! Wish I had the room in my garage to do that. Great Idea!
