ScanGauge issues??

I mailed my scangauge in a month ago to get repaired. Did they close down or something?? I havent heard back from anybody, no updates, I've called and gotten a voicemail box that says "memory full" then it hangs up. Any ideas? The back light went out on my scangauge. If they closed I'd at least like my unit back... I'll tear into it and see what I can do. Rather be out a backlight then $180 for the unit...

Try contacting them through the website. They be one of those deals where everyone takes vacation at the same time. Just guessing. I have a ScanGauge also and like to know if their out of business too.
