TOYOTANATION FORUM SEEMS JACKED UP AT TIMES? Anyone else having issues?

I have tried from a few different locations and PCs, I get the same results. I think it has something to do with the marketing engine that appears to be running as a service or daemon. More likely Java based . .

Anyhow, I often have to refresh or exit completely.

Anyone else?

Even when I refresh, the page does not finish loading. Seems to work better on my Linux box, as opposed to my windows box.

Has been this way since I joined.I have a short tolerance and usually just go elsewhere.They recently was connected to a faster server,but I have really not noticed any change for the better.

Ditto on the issues. Seems worse lately. Only left menu bar loads, have to hit refresh multiple times to get the whole thread to load (test in Safari, FF and IE).

Seems like it has something to do with the advertising peeps they are tied to. NOT the advertisers, but the guys that track and put the UNDERSCORES that hyperlink your text to other stuff.

Anyhow really starting to bug me. Somtimes I can't tell if my posts work or not. Then I try to go to the next thread and just get a white screen.

I notice this as well...


this site has always been slow.... it "might" have gotten better once the server was upgraded.... can't really tell though.

the advertising has to slow down the loading of the site though.... (text only) will load very quickly without all the pictures loading along with text.

yes me too. i'll click on a page and it will never finish loading everything, but the browser says its done loading.

Good observation, it happens to me everytime I visit the site. I'm getting too used to the refresh button - no fun.

I thought it was just my computer. YES it happens to me everytime I visit the site. I'm getting tired of the refresh button! It sucks!!!
