Is customtacos.com ripping me off?

Hey guys, I ordered from customtacos.com one of those decal that they have for sale in their online store like a week ago, but unfortunately I've never received it and I've tried to contact them by using the "Contact Us" but the mail never went through everytime. I've tried several times but never work, so anyone know what I can do or reach one of the admin of customtacos.com?

ive ordered one of those decals once and had no problems getting it. their servers might be down or something, keep trying.

Did you try posting this on CT in Off Topic? I know Jeff gets busy and it usually takes a couple weeks to ship out stickers since he sends them out in bulk. Try posting over there to get some attention
