i hate thieves. i really do. i sometimesvisualize myself pumping four to 23 shot gun rounds into the lower body of a thief i find in action.

well literally THIS morning, i met a guy from craigslist and i bought a short bed tacoma bed mat him. great condition, practically new. i got it for $40 even. goodprice in my opinion also. well i pick it up, go to school, and after school (now) i go to the back to take a hose to it and clean it.

well guess what.....? it's gone.

now i know a 30lbs+ object couldnt have grown wings,army, and legs and gotten out. i know it couldnt have flown out considering there isnt evena slight hint of wind. yea... it's just gone.

f*ck you man! i hope your truck, if that's what you drive, flips and you break every bone in your hands and lower back so you can never lift another object out of somebody's truck.

Watch for a posting on craigslist for the mat. Wonder if the guy who sold it to you is running a scam.

who and where did you buy it from??

considering the mat is pretty big and bulky. someone mustve seen a dude climbing into your bed took it out and carried it on his back. very obvious.

Sorry it really isn't funny. I don't know why people think it is okay to take things from people that work hard to earn everything they have....

This is the exact reason I have not purchased one for my truck. It would be just my luck to have this happen. Sorry man that really sucks.

FYI: I usually set up a meeting point the next city over when purchasing or selling anything via recycler or craigslist. You can't trust anyone these days ("Even your neighbors").

I agree;then rattle can "THIEF" on them and dump them at the local donut shop so all the cops can see them.

well this isnt the first time it happened to me. i got my rear passenger window smashed in, ipod/oakley/cd book stolen, it was raining so i got my truck rained on and had to pay $100 to get it cleaned and vaccumed, and then the nice guy "gently placed" my broken window in the passenger seat nicely folded. hahaha

you know. im not even mad anymore. it's kind of humerous. im going to buy another one and rig 10 lbs of explosives to it, so when he/they go to lift it, it blows them to hell. blown up truck, but vengeance will be mine.
