REVIEW: Crazy Stereo in Fountain Valley, CA

Went there to pick up an item which is about $17-$50 when you search google (my mistake by not doing the research.) MSRP for it from the mfr site is $49.99.

My card was charged $75.
Then I call them and ask them what's up,

"We don't do refunds, but we can give you store credit"

"I don't need anything else, can't you just credit the card?"

"Yea we don't do refunds"

No mercy for the gimp I tell ya (got a broken ankle, walk around with crutches).

I'd call the credit card company and place a conplaint to them about it. Do you have the reciept showing the acutal cost which you should have paid? They did admit that it was wrong didn't they?
