So Changsw and I are planning to go offroading at Holy Jims in the Cleveland National Forrest this Sunday the 22nd, which is located on the Orange County / Riverside County line.
The trails are not hard at all. Contains many different kinds of road surfaces, dirt, light mud, heavy mud, rocks, river crossings, water/mud pits.. good place to get your truck all muddy.
You wont need 4x4, but if you do, you will have more places you can go. Its pretty fun.. theres a river that flows down and im pretty sure they're stocked with trout. Not sure though. Should be.
where exactly is it? I thought it's raining on sunday?
Okay so if your from OC and you take the 5 south, exit El Toro and make a left, then you will hit El Toro then make left turn. Head down El Toro for about 10 min until you hit the mtn areas. There will be a Biker Bar on ur right hand side called Cooks Corner. You will see flashing light there and you make a right turn right before the biker car. Go down for several miles until u hit oneil regional park. The entrance to Holy Jim is about 1-2 miles past oneil regional park on the left hand side.
wow maybe thats too complicated... PM me if your SERIOUS in going and ill help u guys out further, please dont PM me and ask a million questions.
Even though it rains, i think that would have it 10x more fun. no worries guys ive been there many many many times, so i know where and where not to go and do.
^Kobang said around late afternoon. 5ish. He said might be waiting for another guy to show up later
Damn we doing a night run? Well I have your number and you got mine. I shouldnt have a problem making since its that late. Hit me up tomorrow if you go and I'll roll down with you on the 5.
