New Toy! Well not a Toy persay

Well I have been eyeing this Suzuki Samurai for a long time. I bought it from a guy today with my buddy, we each payed $100 for total of $200. It had decent compression but come to find out the guy who sold it to us was right and it does have a crack in the block. The good part is that it has all the parts and hasnt been parted out at all. Going to either try to get a whole new engine, new or used, or try to find just a block to save some money. Also the Carb may need to be rebuilt. All together its not a bad deal or rig. Just got done with my buddies 4runner with his 3VZE 3.0L Engine. This one is a little smaller, haha. Anyways just a nice new project to start on, basically like Christmas in August. Get a pic later

Yeah wont be swapping it with a V8, had a 80 Toyota Pickup with a V8, gas hog and nothing but problems pretty much. Going back stop and putting maybe a 3" lift on it, nothing special at the moment, just needs to get me around good enough. Dont want to put a crap load of money into it, got other priorities.

MAN UP!
Sounds like a cool toy. Good luck with the engine dilemma.
