the problem is I can't seem to get pictures to uplaod to the page where you click the link to send them to your post. I did this last night and all that showed up on my post was a copy of the link.

I am a member, I go to the upload spot on PB, follow instructions and nothing.

WTF...all my pic are there this AM. Do you have to close the program after uploading??? Thats all I did last night....shut it down, this morning they are there.

I am using IMG....when I copy and paste it works...but the picture is small...how do I make it bigger...do I use PB or a photo editor before I upload to PB.....Thx

I'm not sure why there small..I just down load from my camera, then upload to PB, and C&P where I want them to be, and their the size they are...I don't resize them, except for my sig of course.

I've never encountered that. I can use the photos immediately after uploading. Like the other guys said, I've been using them for years and never a problem. Which browser are you using to do your uploads, because they definitely aren't all the same?

Just throwing this out. When I use links from PB I click on the photo, navigate to the Share This Image window at the left side of the screen, and right-click on Direct Link and copy it. Everybody does it differently, that's just how I do it.

If you don't know what the picture dimensions are that you're creating with your digital camera (many are different), you can see what size they are on your computer before uploading them.

In windows explorer, click on the folder on the left where it shows your pics on the right. On the menu, click on View, Details. Then hover over the header on the right and Right-click the mouse. You'll see options to display different fields. At the bottom is a "More" option. Click on More, and then scroll down to the Dimensions box and check it. All your pictures will now display their dimensions in that column in Windows Explorer.

If you have the free photobucket account, it will automatically downsize any larger photos to 1024 x 768 (assuming you haven't changed it to a smaller size in the options).
