I passed this coming home from NY today:

What will I need to do to the Taco to make them fit?

Those look like mining truck tires, although maybe not, they are a little small to be mining truck tires. Maybe some big front end loader tires. Irregardless, I doubt those bad boys would fit on a monster truck.

Where did you see that, other than coming home from NY

I was on I88 somewhere between Binghamton and Albany.

Actually, I forgot the phone uses the GPS to tag photos. I was in Mineral Springs, NY.

Small world, I've got lots of family very nearby in Canajoharie and Palatine Bridge.

You will need to remove your body and bed and mount them on top of a Catapillar 777.
