Gen1 Over Fill Check Valve

My CEL is burning bright. Mechanic says codes are p441-p442-p446.
Dealer Service Dept advises it is the gas cap. Replaced gas cap with OEM, reset light ... CEL came back on within 4-5 days. Now I suspect that either the Over Fill Check Valve or the filler neck is causing the problem. What all is involved in replacing the Over Fill Check valve? Do I have to drop the tank or is there an access panel in the bed? (have a bed liner) Thanks for any assistance.
