Of course the fact that the hybrid Accord used the electric motor primarily for power and not economy has been blamed by some for its very poor sales figures. With gas prices going through the roof I think Toyota could have a winner here. I'm going to take a close look at buying one myself.

Plus the hybrids should be the same price so when you get the refund from the Gov you get an actual price break instead of breaking even.
I know the savings in mileage count but you should get savings 2 fold.
