'95 4R brown... same problem. Seats are nice with big side bolsters but wear
badly on the high-points. I ordered two brown head-rests off of ebay....
I'll have a local outfit harvest the material and use to patch over the
hole. The map pockets on the back of the seats could be used in the same
way, however Toyota skimped on material and stopped short and only carried
the herringbone style material down ~ 3" below the top edge of the pocket.
