While we are on the Lexus topic.........
I wish they would have shipped cars with SC or TC engines. They had a great engine in the GS300 SC300 IS300 and 1 other i think. THey did not even get 300hp of of them. THey could have put better parts in and forced induction to compete with the Ms and AMCs and prolly still had better mileage.
Now they use a 4.3 v8 rated at 400CHP. I wonder what they could get out of that from factory parts.
Why did toyota stop using one of the best engines ever built? Is the 2JZ-GE not fuel efficient?
