They are 6 bolt not sure the exact pattern or offset though?
T15x7JJ-15 DOT and off the back in the 6 recesses(pieces) was: 'SF3H' & '3' & '1 l 4' & '86 l 10' & 'J' they are 6 bolt and I think they fit most older Toyota pickups, except the jspec and solid axle, they don't clear the front brake calipers.
