Does the headrest fit on the drivers side? Could I get the measurement between the posts if your not sure?

~4-3/8" center-center. Posts are 8" long. Let me know if you want it.

I wouldn't mind some of those retainer clips... I don't need all of them tho, maybe 4 or 5
