I would think miles would be more accurate to track to give someone some sort of an idea as to how long they've been installed and how long they've been driven. Obviously if one could tell how many hours were on a bulb, that would be the best indicator of use. If the seller could provide that information and be accurate, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the advise.
