I'm talking about Kenne Bell not a TRD.. I doubt you'll find a TRD for this cheap. The kenne bell is also re buildable. I don't believe the TRD is. You can also service this charger unlike the TRD. It is in perfect shape and will last over 200k miles before needing a rebuild. The kit is for a toyota. There are 2 pulleys in this kit. I could do the math for someone that is interested in figuring out what diameter pulleys supply how much PSI.
I think I would take a kennebell over a whipple, lysholm, or roots any day
Installation wouldn't be too hard...

you should have said this is the only sc from knne bell, on the other hand, there are thousands of TRD superchargers out there and they have been proven to be reliable and tons of support, i.e. URD.
as eyedoc said, not many peopel know what they are getting into with this. at least post up some key factors such as, installation(instructions), power output, does it need fuel upgrade with higher volume injectors, MAF, Air/Fuel calibration, does it cause low rpm ping, URD has a 7th injector kit to solve that problem. i didn't see an airbox in any of your pictures, where it's gonna be located, also do you have a boost gauge?
if it's a TRD SC ppl would be jump on it because we know what it is. try post it on yotatech and ttora see if anybody bites.

Thank you, guess i did so much research on my own for my Corrado to use this charger I didn't really think about it.. The only 2 parts I don't have are the square plenum box which would be extremely easy to manufacture. And an air box.. which im sure u could use a cone or make a snorkel if that's what ur after. Now it would be up to you to figure out weather u need injectors\ how much boost will ur toyota handle before it starts to run lean. Considering you said they had a 5th injector? Well that means ur truck would probably run lean as hell since it probably runs lean from the factory. PSI is based on pulley size anyone can make them but mine comes with 2 sizes. I don't know the full specs on this with the charger because there are a few factors you need. First we would want to figure out how much psi we can run for each pulley I have. To find this out I need to know certian specs of any supercharger system for this vehicle.
I need to know the diameter of the crank pulley. Diameter of the supercharger pulley, psi of that specific pulley and liters of air per rev that specific charger produces. This can be any Kit even a TRD so I can factor in the equation for (the 5VZ-FE engine in the picture, 3.4L V6. so it's gonna be:

Then I can factor in the numbers for this equation: Keep in mind these are the numbers for my VW Corrado.
if you figure a BBM system gets 16 psi on a 55mm pulley (diameter) the stock G60 crank pulley is 5.25"... so 5.25" x25.4mm/in = 133.5 mm/55mm = 2.42 drive ratio *6000 rpms = 14550 supercharger rpm *.87:/rev = 12656 Liters/min *.0353L/cfm = 446 cfm
now reverse that...
446cfm/.0353 =12656L/min divided by 1.5L/rev on new charger = 8437 supercharger rpms/6000 engine rpms = 1.4 drive ratio... 133.5/1.4 = 95mm charger pulley.
Hopefully if I'm not to busy today I can find a kit for a toyota so I may plug these numbers in.

I use to buy GM 3.8L V6, speed parts from Kenne-Bell in the late 70's and early 80's and they were good to work with. They provided a cool list of how much performance improvement was associated with each speed part. They listed incremental hp increase and 1/4 mile time reduction. They were big into turbocharging the 3.8L V6 back then and I think they had links to Buick for speed parts. I hopped up a 78 Buick Skyhawk and it was fun. I know they moved to the Ford Mustang platform after Buick and it looks like they are into other platforms now. I would contact them and see if they have anything for Corollas if you are into speed parts. They were pretty thorough and smart folks who were very informational on their products.
