The URD Harness that is being sold with this unit will fit the following vehicles:

2005-2008 Tacoma V6
2003-2008 4Runner V6 or V8
2003-2006 Tundra V8
2005-2006 Tundra V6

Negative. The MAF Calibrator should work fine with many different years and models... it's just a matter of tracking down the correct ECU wires to splice into. Many people (like myself) don't like the idea of hacking and soldering their ECU wiring --- hence the harness. The harness however will only work with the models and years listed above.

I see you have an 09 Tacoma. The MAF Calibrator would work fine with that year/model but they changed the ECU design slightly on the 09/10 models so that harness would not fit.
