... I suspect pop-up headlight issue has more to do with "Geico's Gun" than it ever did, accidental death and dismemberment claims. Uniformity with respect to vehicle kerb weight, those big shiny exposed headlights make it whole lot easier for Ponch and John, and their newfangled RADAR and Laser, for which to pick-us-off; hunt us down.

Toyota is extraordinarily obsequious with respect to compliance. Mutual cooperation, whatever it is the insurance oligopolies tell it to do -- Toyota is most eager, to comply.
