1982 Wiper issues

I had a water leak in my '82 Corona sedan, and now the wipers are on the fritz. I opened up the wiper control module and found water had flooded part of the module. I replaced all capacitor and resistors that were submerged, also pulled open the wiper switch to check that out too. Still, I only have high speed. Are there any other modules, etc., that control wiper speed? Help really needed.

The wiper module controls delay on Int function.
The speed of the motor is controlled by supplying power to the selected brush (the motor has 3 brushes) one negative, one positive low speed and one positve high speed; the low speed brush is located directly opposite to the negative brush.
First backprobe the connector at the motor and verify that there is a power available at high speed terminal.(You may have to use the wiring schematics for this,) Hope this helps
