Red face 22re motor mods

hey guys just woundering how can i make a 22re motor get up and go wat mods do you suggest and is a turbo out of the question cheers logan

G'day ace, i have a mate with a hilux and he put a turbo on it himself with an intercooler on top with a scoop, he said that it doesn't go faster but holds more speed up hills and better for towing trailers, but if you want more speed maybe try porting the head, extractors, sidedraft carbs.
