I have a 4 door mark II.. currently its on 2C-Turbo diesel engine.. want to swap it to some FUEL Efficient petrol engine..
I searched in local forums and was suggested for 4A-FE (16 valve 1600 cc EFI 115HP) engine with T-50 tranny transmission.. 4A-FE is good for my needs .. i want a daily driven economy ride.. but 4a-fe's distributors are located at the transmission end.. hence will collide with fire wall while installation..

... for other super fuel eco engine I found 1zz-fe (1.8L 135 HP supercharged) which is ultra eco freindly..
now my question is: can we fit the 1zz-fe (orginally comes with premio and altis corolla) into a rear wheel car.. and if yes wat transmission is compatible with this engine.. ELSE suggest some other Fuel ECO engine with transmission..
THANKS..
