radiator fan.. belt driven to electronic conversion ?

hi.. i've got a 3sfe engine fitted in a rear wheel setting.. my radiator fan is belt driven. its very noisy in high rpms.. i was thinking to convert it to electronic fan.. is this a good choise.. i've noticed same engine with electronic fan less noisy. please guide!!
