Need help with Engine oils Please

HI..

I am wanting to do an oil change on my corona with 250+ Kms on the clock, I am not really sure on what engine oil to use????
there is 20w50 which I am told is okay for older engines, I am wanting some good oil that will be okay

I am sure you guys could help out on choosing which engine oil would work?? people use syntheitc and regular mineral oil so I'm sure somebody knows and could share this with me???

I am interested in going to the synthetic oil, I have had Cambelt/Timing belt changed and the dealer did both seals and rocketcover seal and engine oil sump seal so seals are pretty much new,

If i use synthetic oil will it be okay??? maybe 10w30
The temperature where i live is pretty good, doesn't get hot passed maybe 28 degrees and maybe 8 degrees so choosing an engine oil is a must.

Hi, I would use what ever oil Toyota recommends, I believe a 10-30 premium brand oil would be the right ticket, Castrol, Valveoline, Pennsoil or Quakerstate. I use Castrol 10-30 from Walmart and that is cheap and handy in the 5 qt. containers. Plus the 5 qt container makes it easy to recycle.
