78 corona wagon need help

So I picked up a 78 wagon. I'm not having issues with anything mechanical, instead I'm having problems with interior crap. The back has these cicular molding clips that clip the back plastics to the car. Due to sun rotting everytime I try to removed these molding clips they shatter and I can't get them fully out. I think I might be removing them the wrong way, they are unlike any interior clips I've seen before. Any advice? I know this is stupid but I really am stumped. My second problem is because they are shattering I need to replace them and I can't seem to find them anywhere, anyone know where I can get some? Thanks guys I'm sorry

Im currently going through a 78 wagon myself, Im redying the interior black, im also breaking alot of clips and sun rotted plastic. Im planning on hitting up the upholstery shops in town for interior fasteners. Ive also seen black interior push clips in the HELP! section at the autoparts store
