Yes, this is entirely possible but you'd be better off swapping in the whole engine. While the 3SGE head is well-designed, it's better suited to a high-revving engine which the 3SFE most certainly is not. To be making peak power with a 3SGE head on a 3SFE block, you'd be risking pitching a rod through the block or shearing your crankshaft. The 3SGE's internals are all forged materials as compared to the cast internals of the 3SFE. Lighter and stronger.
If you can source a head, why not get the entire engine? If memory serves, the 3SGE is somewhat higher compression as well.
