1979 Corona 22R won't start

Hey guys I have a friend with a 1979 Corona that won't start, I'm trying to help her
out but need a few ideas / specifics in order to do it. The symptoms are that the
battery seems completely charged, all power accessories turn on (without dimming)
when the key is in and on the power on position. trying to turn the car on only prodduces
a SOFT audible click, no typical attempt to turn over. I've tried already jumping the car
in case there wasn't enough power but it would try turning over once or twice and die.

I believe she has a bad starter (agree?) and want to pull it to take it to a shop and
have it checked. I unfortunetly need to know where the starters located. I believe it
is on the firewall on the very top of the passenger side after looking, but want to make
sure before I pull it.

Any other ideas? Am I doing it right? Is this really even the starter? Thanks!

The starter is located low on the engine on the passenger side. It is held in place by a couple of large bolts that go into the bell housing.
