If you do feel your car is quite fast, where on the tach do you push it to in order to feel the speed? I assume redlining it shouldn't be necessary for it to feel fast (though you need to do that with many Honda's, don't you?).
Anyway, I like the car except for a very loud thumping I have when I go over bumps in the rear passenger side of the car. I thought maybe it was the car jack or the cover over it, but it seems too loud for that to be the cause.
Thanks for any thoughts!

Ok, A Camry is not the type of car you will FEEL fast in. Its designed not to feel fast. What I mean is, its quite, the ride is smooth. If you get into a small little Golf, you will FEEL fast but even thought its not going that fast. I use to own a 1990 GTI, it was a fast car for its class and for the time, but it felt fast too but that is only because you hear the engine and you feel the road, the suspension are stiff, etc These are things that make your car FEEL fast. The Camry on the other hand is fast but wont FEEL fast.
