I would take it to another dealer all together. This is why I have AAA gold. If I have to tow my car for any reason I get a 100 miles free.
If you car is in too bad of shape to drive...then tow it to another dealer. Get another opinion. No way would I allow anyone to be rude to me. however, I have no idea how you handled yourself with this dealer. If you came off all ticked off then I can understand why they are not being very helpful.
