Uh, aren't they all there for a reason pretty much? Now on my car I have a unused cruise control unit so I guess I could plug the lead to that. Otherwise I think most of the spaghetti is for emissions stuff but if you remove it I don't think the car will run right. In my factory service manual they do have you removing and plugging various hoses when testing components but I don't think the idea is to just leave them like that.
