Exclamation 84 Diesel fuel pump??

Im looking for a fuel pump for an 84 corrolla with a diesel motor. any news on where i can find one? Thanks

What type of body you have and did your corolla equipped with manual or auto? Also, did your corolla equipped with tach.? Since there are 8 different type of diesel fuel pump for that year of corolla.

lmao $4000!!! and i dont see why there would be a different pump for manual or auto, or sedan or liftback, or w/ or w/o tach, its all the same engine is it not?

Question ??

Well im just looking for a place that has them. I have tried autozone and all them parts stores but no dice, and i even tried rockauto.com but they didnt even list a pump for it either.

since the diesel corolla are so rare I think your only sorce is get it from dealership....

or did you try to ask around any local garage that speciality on diesel and see if they can rebuild the pump for you????

Crap that gonna cost me a pretty penny, but it seems to me like a dealer is the only way out. Thanks for all your input

maybe if you have patience, you can try to ask around dealers maybe they have surprise for you. I say that because I got my factoy A/C kit (include everything minus the evaporator core) from a dealership for my 1983 Corolla for CAD$100 in this way.
