4AC Carb info

What is that adjustment screw with yellow loctite on this Aisan 4AC carburator.

might be the a/c idle up speed adjustmust,, but, I can't remmeber...
it's not the actuator, only the actual a/c idle up speed..
the actuator stuff is the vacuum stuff next to it... that stuff is not seen in your photo...
but that maybe too much info...

where are all the screws?

Does any one have any diagrams or instructions on how to tune the 4AC carb. I live in CO and its hard to know how to tune it right. The biggest issue is knowing where all the adjustment screws are. I see a great pic of the carb on this post so hopefully someone can help me out.
