Hey Guys. I was just wondering if ae86 front springs, like trd lowering springs, would fit in my 1980 TE72(corolla).

If the hole in the top of the strut tower is the same size oval as the AE86 then, YES.
If it is round you can still use the spring but then you need to use the TE72 strut mount.

If you want better brakes you can use the whole strut susepnsion with the brake off the AE86.

Actually, I've heard of people using the full AE86 suspension on these cars (struts, springs, etc) as it seems they are very similar.

ask the guys at www.toyota3tc.com and see what they know.
