Are you using an SR5 or a FWD corolla?

Ether way I'd say get rid of the car and start off with a GT-S because you are looking at a lot of work. The GT-S does not just have a different engine and transmission but also has different suspension, brakes and other elements. To change all these parts is going to cost a lot of money regardless if you do the work your self or not.

Um... The body kits I can understand even though you only really have a choice of 2 or 3.

But as for the rest... Do you really understand what JDM means? All of that other stuff for the most part is already sold over here from the same manufacturers. Except for maybe some of the wheels but for the most part 4x114 bolt patterned wheels are not common.

I'm not to sure what you plans are for the car but I'm starting to think you may have chosen the wrong car. Importing parts from Japan is not cheap. Especially for a rare car. After my $300 OEM shift knob I stopped buying any part that has to flown in from Japan. Hell I get high end parts from Australia for cheaper.

lol i got a trd quick shift kit with the trd pistol grip knob from japan for $200 cheaper then that knob . but yes, figure out what your doing with the car, have you seen what kits are available? why dont you just get a fibreglass replica (ie, they make them from the j-blood and cby and etc.), its much cheaper, and you can get them in the states. and ya, just because its JDM doesnt mean its better...sometimes it might even be the same as the usdm version. find exactly what you want, have the bank roll, and make contacts.
