4age some kind of idle problem

hi everyone.i builded up my 4age at last after 3 years cos of some reasons.but cos there is no 4age in our country i dont know enough stuff about them.i do not have a video sorry for that but i thought i can tell u the problem.firstly we start engine nothing goes wrong at idleing.works about 2000 or 2200 rpm later about 1500 rpm.but when we throttle and try to stay at for example 4000 rpm it is not stable.the engine rev down to idle and rev up to the rpm that we hold. let me draw it to you.



so what the hell is wrong with my 4age help plz

I saw a similar thread on this before, either here or on another forum.. I believe the ECU was the cause, you may need a new one.
