I just picked up an AE101 GZE with a port and polished head and HKS oversized crank pulley, My question is weather i can use a bigport water pump on this engine or am i going to be doing some firewall modifying to fit he thermostat housing on the backside of the engine, also i didnt get a couple things with the engine, which car would i be able to pull some injectors out of the yard (7M-GE supra or something) because i doubt there is any GZE's at the yard here in london, and id imagine that a domestic alternator would work. i also noticed that it is missing the thermostat houseing and a couple other ones for the water lines, do bigport houseings fit? for the thermostat houseing i was thinkin of getting the parts from a AE92 GTS engine. any thoughts?
I looked into the flow rates and the 7M-GE 295 cc/min Yellow Tip 315 cc/min Light Green tip. the GZE flow rate 365cc/min so i dont know if it'll work out. also i cant figure out how the alternator bracket bolts to my engine, seems like something is missing or maybe it was supposed to blot to the a/c compressor which i dont have??

the only injectors id be looking at would be stock 365's off another ZE (can usually find these on ebay) OR Supra 440's which u can also find on ebay !!
You dont have to get an alternator thats for a domestic... a 4age Alternator will work (hell they prolly the same, i know my 2 looked identical ! ( if you weren't from london id sell it to you)
Your alternator uses the AC to mount to the motor.... You allready posted in my thread So check out my pictures of my ZE, you will see what im talking about

sp that bracket is for the alternator?? i cant figure out how to bolt it to the block. and if need the a/c compressor to put it on im SOL. 440cc from a supra wont make my car run rich?
if this is going into an Ae86, to complete the swap of just fitting the engine in, with all its water lines, brackets, etc, just find a complete RWD 4age bluetop and start moving things over to the GZE. For the alternator, you will need to use the GZE bracket. If you want a more complete swap noted, Club4ag.com has reference section on a GZE into an Ae86. In order to get the GZE into RWD form, you will have literally convert it like you were dropping in another bluetop in your AE86 so you will have to use the RWD pulley set which would mean you would have to use the RWD water pump! you can get away with using the FWD setup, since you said it had an oversize crank pulley but you wont be able to run the stock clutch fan Ae86 setup. you will have to go electrical since your pulleys wont line up from a FWD to a RWD form. Like I said, visit the site and check out the REFERENCE SECTION tab on top of the main page!

Please dont write in this thread assuming I know Nothing. i know that the water lines need re-routing and i undaerstand that this is a FWD engine going into a RWD car. I started this thread because i bought the engine with parts missing and i need help to find stuff off of cars that are available here so i dont have to buy jdm unless i have to, not to have people preach to me about what needs to be done to this engine to work. I know its not "Drop-in wire and go" and i know i need the GZE bracket because on any other 4A-G the alternator is on the supercharger side. plus the water pump will not be an issue because i'am going with the electric fan, ive been on club4ag.com many times and i know the extent of the swap, i thought id make that clear. But thanks for showing interest in the thread , but if you can help me find some injectors that will work and a figure out how to bolt the alternator bracket on it would be very helpful.
