Other than maybe the fact that the wiring and ECU might be different from each other, installing them should be similar
The first two are pretty much the same motor except the transmissions are somewhat different (RWD / FWD), the second two are pretty much the same motor aside from maybe the ECUs or tuning being different for them to gain the so called 5hp, but if they're all going on say.. a FWD car, they're still going to install the same way.
I'm not sure exactly what it is that you need to know, but maybe you should be more specific as to what exactly you're looking for. either way, if you're installing either one of the 4 into an AE86, you still need a RWD transmission as neither of the transmissions on the 4AGZE will work on your car.
What can the stock AE86 Transmission hold before it goes boom?
and for a 4a-gze from a FWD to a RWD, what modifications (if any) need to be made to the motor mounts etc. There has to be a guide for this stuff online somewhere....
oh, the car is a sr5 mt. it sounds like i could bolt the stock trans to the gze with the stock 4ac flywheel... but getting lsd is going to be difficult.
Whether its FWD or RWD, all 4AGE/GZE's and A motors in general (4AC, 4AF, 4AFE, 7AFE) have the same mounting points, it's the transmissions that will change for each layout.

you might wanna do at the very least a GT-S conversion on your car. including the fuel system. if you have enough moolah, go big right away. swap the GZE, get a W55 tranny from Celica/Supra, get a custom bellhousing or an adaptor, custom made a 1 pc. driveshaft for security, a rear en d also from Celica Supra would be my ideal choice but the GT-S rear is also a good upgrade, you might find one with LSD but more often it needs a rebuild. aftermarket LSD is not that expensive anymore. exchange the fuel tank from a GT-S. that's all i can think of right now. lolz.
and please tell REN to sell his car and buy a real car.. RWD baby!

The LSD is in the rearend, not the tranny, so if your car already has LSD and engine/tranny swap will not change that.
Also, to my knowledge, all 4AGZE's from the factory were mounted transversely (side to side) and used a transaxle (transmission and differential are one unit) since the basic engine/transaxle package was the same, it is just in the MR2 the package is installed behind the passenger compartment instead of in front.
The AE86 engine is mounted longitudinally (front to rear) and has a separate transmission and a rear differential.
Your biggest challenge will be electrical, the 4AGZE will mount up to the stock mounts, you will need to use all of the accessories (alternator, waterpump, etc. and drive pullies from the 4AGZE as the supercharger is where the alternator was and the alternator is where the power steering was. You will also need to use an electric fan for the radiator as the 4AGZE waterpump doesn't have the drive snout for a fan (nor is there room for one on the 4AGZE).

W55 tranny too much work, Im just grabbin a T50 off my buddy for $300, so the T50 will work good, first and second gear from what i hear will be short with the GZE though. Get a AE101/92 GZE map sensored, If you can fin one it doesnt matter its only like 20hp difference, and parts are hard to find (im finding out) and as for the disc brakes get a GTS rear end it has discs, I think the Kouki rear-end has bigger axles than the Zenki.
