the short answer is... no, you can't..... the 20v is high compression....
if you're running a low comp block and itb's, sure you can run low octane gas....
it doesn't have to do with whether it has itb's or not... it's more dependant upon the compression of the motor...
however... even with high compression you could mess with the timing and still run low octane gas.... however you will suffer in performance if you do that....
