Flooding problems with Aisan carb 3TC

Hello everyone. I've been around TN for a while but I'm new to carbed engines. I'm working on a 3TC that's got a brand new carb and its flooding the engine. I've fixed all the vacuum lines and made sure the two are attached to the distributor. I looked at the window for the fuel and its was about 3/4 covered. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix it? I'm just not sure what to check. I can see fuel dripping onto the butterfly when cranking it. Here are some pics I took. Thanks for your help.

Hi, I have an older 1969 Corona, The gas level needs to be set so the gas is only 1/2 way ( in the center) of sight glass. I had to change the float level by removing the carb top and adjusting the float tang that touches the needle The factory spec is 1/2' from top of float to the carb top surface, I had to make mine .560" to get the fuel level in the center of sight glass. My car would run gas into the manifold and drown the car. It would start cold and run smoothly, but would not start well or at all when it was run (hot) . I could see gas dripping and the manifold would have lots of raw gas in it. Carl H.
