Unhappy Igniter to ecu

Greetings,
I have an 85 16v 4a ge RWD Corolla....
Which wires on the igniter (on board..solid colors) are what?
There is a hot, IGt, IGf,Ne, Negative side of the coil...etc..The only two I am positive of are the two that are paired to go to the Distributor.......I am forced to run NEW wiring from the ecu to the igniter...WITHOUT A HARNESS......The problem is..that the igniter's wires (prior to the connector) are solid, pastel colors...grey, green, yellow, blue, etc.....How can I tell which one is the HOT, the IGt, IGf, etc......any help would be appreciated.

also, are the magnetic pickups in the disrtibutor "HALL EFFECT"?? Can these be used by after market ignitions/fuel management systems......

I am working almost blind, but I do not want to go to an MSD with a MEGASQUIRT just because I can't figure out the wiring.

I feel stuck because, the ECU need a confirmation signal from the igniter or it shuts down the fuel....
thanks mike
