well, really i would love to answer your question, BUT there are so many things on the interwebz nowadays that i shouldnt have to....

Also you make the most pointless threads man, not to be ripping on you, but you do, and you always ask about doing things, why dont you just get down and do it! And posting up pictures of you wagons sitting around all busted down, no wonder people say theyre crap man, Get working on them show some progress, Show US that you have taken our advice and done something with it.

Obviously the 4age is better that a 4ac, thats why people swap them out, fuel injected VS caburator, higher compression, wide angle twin cams, not to mention a way higher rev range,

So to answer your question yes the AE92 engine will go into you 4ac wagon, it will bolt to the transmission but you need a 4age flywheel, need to install a fuel pump, and rewire the engine, and then its up to you to perfect it, now go do it, start your restore show us something!

Have you been on club4ag.com, there is a ton of stuff on how to do all the things you ask about, it just is a bit time consuming to read

an ae72 has a RWD platform similar to the ae86.....

when you refer to "regular" ae92 are you referring to a 4age or 4afe?

an early ae92 4age can be bolted in, but you will need at the very least an ae86 intake manifold. A late ae92 4age can be bolted in, but you will need at the very least an ae86 intake manifold and a special adapter plate as the manifold between early and late 4age's are not the same.

a 4afe will bolt in, but you would need a custom intake and exhaust manifold at the very least.

Either or would be an upgraqde, but since you said youre 16, best for you to find a carbed 4afe, then you dont have to wire anything, just need a new exhaust made

Most AE86 owners usually swap the intake and exhaust manifolds from their RWD 4AGE to the FWD 4AGE, but this is usually going from bigport to bigport. The AE92 4AGE smallport will be a different project as they do not have TVIS.

Your best bet if you don't have the intake manifold to swap in, you can always cut it and weld it to work on the RWD setup, I've seen this done so many times that I'm sure there will be something on the net showing how it's been done.
