I just checked and it worked again for me...

As the saga continues ... I bought the overhaul kit and it lad a good ipc diagram but the auto zone instructions were better. Same setup info for float height and drop adjustments. I freed up the stuck parts and replaced a few crush gasgets in the process of checking for clear passages. The worst part so far was the "e" shape clip that retains the inlet check ball in the bottom of the accelarator pump cavity. I still havent taken the bottom off of the middle section.

The spare I got off of ebay leaked fuel like crazy. It was good to experiment on though and I'm using a few parts off of it.
