Hesitation misfiring when have throttle slightly open

Well i have been trying to figure out the cause of hesitation on the car when i partially open up the throttle. Seems to act like its misfiring. I thought has to be some ignition trouble. So i have replaced spark plugs, wire set, cap and rotor also the vacuum advance on the dizzy. The other thing i have cleaned up the carburetor as well replace all the hoses to it and fuel filter been replaced. I own an 84 sr5. Any ideas?

According to the Toyota Service Manual for a 1984 ae86 (same as yours). It says the following:
Fuel System: carb problems, float level too low, accelerator pump faulty, power valve faulty, choke valve closed (hot engine), choke valve stuck open (cold engine), fuel line clogged

Ignition System: Spark plugs faulty, IIA (Integrated Ignition Assembly) wiring faulty, Incorrect Ignition Timing

Engine Mechanical: Vacuum leaks, Air Filter, Emission Control System Problem: HAI system always on (hot engine), AAP system faulty (cold engine), EGR system always on (cold engine), HAC system faulty, CMH system faulty, engine overheats, feed back system problems, low compression.

HAI: Automatic Hot Air Intake System
AAP: Auxiliary Acceleration Pump System
HAC: High Altitude Compensation System
CMH: Cold Mixture Heater System

According to that manual it could any of those.
