3tc motor build...

So i am looking into building a 3tc... I have a couple ideas and want to see what some people here think... I am just looking for a bad ass street motor that is reliable but is peppy and enough to keep it sideways for the occasional drift fun...

1) full 3tc motor with cam and internals and headwork
2) 3tc block and a 2tc head to bump up compression and then build it
3) low compression 3tc build for turbo

I kinda want to stick n/a just for the reliability but want to see what some of you had to say. Any have any information on hp numbers with a built 3tc? I know i have heard like 150 to 160 but i am not sure if that is true... Thanks.
