4th Generation '81 rolla rear disk conversion..?

being as old as it is, my car is equipped stock with rear drums, and i was wondering if there's a relatively cheap way to convert it to disks. i think i heard somewhere that you could just swap the whole rear end with something that's disk-equipped like an AE86, but i'm just not sure if the mounts would be the same or anything.

if you know of an easier way to do it, i'd love to hear it.
