Canada KE17 engine, tranny and brakes/suspension upgrades

I have a bone stock 1970 KE17 Corolla Sprinter with an automatic. I want to replace the slush box with a T50 5 speed, and maybe upgrade the engine to a 4K/5K, 2T/3T. So has anyone done this on a KE1x body.

I want to upgrade the drum brakes on the front to discs I have heard that you can use the same strut but bolt in a KE20 disc brake?

Also I need a few parts for this car so if anyone has the parts please email me!

TIA,
Dave
